This may include the ability to utilize content downloaded through the PlayStation(R)Network, and the ability to access the network in the future.

Our reason for disabling the Other OS feature is to help ensure that PlayStation owners will continue to have access to the broad range of gaming and entertainment content from Sony Computer Entertainment and its content partners, on a more secure system.

We are unable to provide you a refund for the items that you requested. Although you made it clear as to why you purchased our products, we hope that you understand that the update will allow you the continued enjoyment of your games and Blu-Ray movies.
